CIVIL ENGINEERING

LAND SURVEYING
Identifying boundaries is critical prior to beginning any new project. Our team of land surveyors perform various types of surveys to locate, measure, and map properties of land and accurately determine boundaries. In addition to land boundary surveys and topographic surveys, our surveyors are qualified to complete ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys and ALTA/NSPS As-Built Surveys.
LAND DEVELOPMENT
Whether you’re a land or real estate developer, our proficiency in base mapping and preparing plans for land development, building permits, stormwater, and erosion control will prove to be resourceful to you. We’ve completed several land development projects for business park developers and individual retailers.
MUNICIPAL & COUNTY
As municipal engineers for various townships and municipalities, we work to ensure the proper completion of several types of projects. Some notable improvement projects have included culvert replacements, streambank stabilizations, retaining wall designs, and structural inspections of bridges.
BUILDING CODE INSPECTION
We are a Certified Third Party Agency with the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry to provide Uniform Construction Code (UCC) services to local governments for the issuance of building permits, to review plans, and to complete required inspections for residential and commercial projects.
GRANT WRITING
Our experience securing local, state, and federal grant monies means that we’re also equipped to assist with the grant seeking process for various types of projects.
